SIB Launches AmEx Platinum Card Preferred International Client Programme
Stanford International Bank announced the launch of the exclusive American Express® Platinum Card Preferred International Client Programme.
Eligible SIB clients can now be referred for membership in the American Express® Platinum Card Programme, offering a unique range of benefits and services for clients' personal and professional needs.
Membership benefits include an international airline programme, which provides complimentary overseas companion tickets and upgrades on participating airlines as well as two annual roundtrip upgrades to business class, and airport club access giving clients and their travel companions unrestricted entry to participating airport clubs and lounges.
Members will have access to a complimentary concierge service; complimentary amenities at fine hotel resorts and spas around the world; personal travel assistance, offering medical, legal and luggage insurance coverage while travelling; cheque cashing, card replacement and other services at more than 1,700 Amex travel service locations worldwide; and express cash options, allowing withdrawals at more than 500,000 ATMs and American Express® cash machines.
Members are also enrolled in a complimentary Membership Rewards Programme, where they earn one point for every eligible dollar charged to their card with no maximum limit. Reward points do not expire and can be redeemed for a variety of reward options, including airline tickets, luxury hotels and retail gift certificates for all enrolled members.
Clients who meet membership criteria for American Express'® International Dollar Platinum Card will be eligible. Requirements for members will include the following:
· Applicant must be a non-U.S. resident or citizen.
· Applicant must be a high-net-worth individual.
· Applicant must have maintained credit cards in good standing for the past 12 months.
· Applicant must maintain at least 100K in funds at SIB.
Clients who currently hold American Express® Gold cards under the Preferred International Client Programme may also be invited to upgrade if they meet the eligibility requirements.
